Act as the primary site operations contact for internal stakeholders (DCO, Networking, Logistics, Security, EHS) and external vendors, maintaining consistent and clear communication to support business continuity and operational excellence. •Lead daily data center operations including incident response, ticket escalations, physical infrastructure checks, and resolution of infrastructure alerts and alarms (e.g, BMS/EPMS alerts). •Provide rapid response during critical events and driving root cause analysis and post-incident reviews for service-impacting issues. •Manage and execute planned and unplanned infrastructure works involving electrical (HV/LV), mechanical (chillers, CRAHs), and fire systems, ensuring full risk analysis, MOP/SOP review, stakeholder approval, and adherence to SLAs. •Oversee all contractor and vendor activity on-site, ensuring compliance with AWS policies, safety protocols, site access control, and execution according to method statements and permit-to-work systems. •Conduct operational risk assessments and site readiness reviews for infrastructure maintenance and expansion, working closely with Engineering Operations and Capacity Planning teams. •Own the creation and implementation of change management requests, incident tickets, and operational events via AWS internal systems. •Track, analyze, and report on critical facility metrics (PUE, uptime, temperature/humidity bands, maintenance KPIs), using this data to recommend operational improvements. •Drive the creation and continuous improvement of site-specific documentation, including EOPs, SOPs, risk mitigation plans, emergency response protocols, and compliance records. •Collaborate with global infrastructure teams to support capacity expansion, project rollouts, commissioning of new systems, and audits. •Ensure compliance with local regulations and AWS global standards for safety, environmental protection, and data privacy during all facility operations.
