I have successfully designed and implemented Workforce Management (WFM) and Ready solutions to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity, ensuring seamless functionality through thorough testing of integrations with Payroll and HR systems. I have served as a Quality Analyst in a collaborative development team, utilizing Agile methodologies and testing practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Test Pyramid, and Swiss cheese model to drive continuous improvement. I have implemented UKG Pro WFM (Dimension) Timekeeping, Absence, and Advanced Scheduling, configured timekeeping policies, clock rules, and rounding rules. Implemented and Configured the Core HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Talent management, Benefits and integrated with payroll, HR, and other systems. Additionally, I have conducted thorough UAT testing of UKG WFM modules and UKG Ready Modules, troubleshot timekeeping and scheduling issues, and developed custom reports and dashboards using UKG Pro WFM (Dimension) Analytics. I have also implemented union rules and regulations, configured complex scheduling scenarios, and collaborated with stakeholders to identify and address departmental needs. Furthermore, I have developed and maintained departmental workflows, ensured data integrity and consistency, and troubleshot database issues. I have also worked on integrating UKG Pro WFM (Dimension) and UKG Ready with Oracle Cloud, developed REST API, and provided technical support for UKG InTouch devices.
