In my staffing role, I specialize in full-shift scheduling, onboarding, and managing payroll through Ceridian Dayforce. I’ve led policy compliance initiatives, resolved employee conflicts, and ensured the smooth functioning of staffing logistics. Simultaneously, I work closely with our Finance Director, managing purchase orders, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the financial reporting is accurate and timely using tools like NetSuite, Sage, and Excel.
