Extensively involved in CSR activities of both JSW Utkal Steel Ltd and JSW Infrastructure Paradeep Port Terminal LTD for building good will.Working under the guidance of Location Head - CSR to develop the project affected villages in the thematic field of Community Health, Education & Skill Development, Rural Infrastructure, Livelihood Generation, WaSH Activities, Mobile Medical Unit, Special Projects etc. Continuous involvement in building Public Relations, grievance handling, crisis management, stakeholders management, Extensive monitoring of Partnered NGO, budget utilisation, team building and coordination. Involved in making of NFA, PR in SAP. Apart from this also looking after 9 VLC\'S working in field level for their utilisation, capacity building and effective monitoring of CSR projects. Strong Liasioning with key stakeholders from village, political and government, with proper reporting and Documentation.
