My experience prior joining to my new role - I carry about 2+ years of experience in Risk Management team at Amazon. My primary role/responsibility is to make Amazon platform the safe and trusted brand for the transactions that are taking place across different marketplaces globally. As Amazon being the most customer centric company we ensure - we value each and every customer and making sure of customers having good experience in our platform. I have worked for more than 16+ different marketplaces, have trained NHs across different marketplaces, Mentoring, Owner/Auditor of the team metric, SLA management, Shift POC.
