As a member of Axis Design Lab (the digital design team of Freecharge by Axis Bank), I thrive on crafting impactful user experiences through compelling and inclusive content.With a love for understanding user experience, I collaborate closely with designers, researchers, and developers to create intuitive and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. By combining it with my commitment to DE & I, I strive to ensure that every user feels seen, heard, and empowered when interacting with the bank\'s products and services.I am driven by the belief that content and language play a crucial role in shaping user perceptions, building trust, and fostering inclusive interactions. Through research and empathetic storytelling, I develop content strategies that align with the bank\'s brand voice while promoting accessibility, cultural sensitivity, and social understanding.As the DE & I Spoc (Single Point of Contact), I take on the responsibility of championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within our Team and the wider organization. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace, ensuring that diverse perspectives are valued, represented, and amplified.
