Negotiate credit approval, documentation, and post-approval compliance/covenant monitoring. • Partnered with Commercial Banking for referral of credit deals above $3 Mil and partnered in the application process. • Promote CIBC’s Digital platforms (Smart Banking) to improve clients’ banking accessibility and experience. • Employing enhanced Due Diligence, Anti Money laundering, KYC, Anti-terrorism policy to mitigate compliance risk. • Key resource for clients during the Pandemic for Govt/CIBC relief initiatives, building on client trust and relationships.
