   Here, I won a series of promotions to facilitate data-based business decision-making for the company’s e-commerce team. I achieved this by employing cutting-edge data analytics methodologies to maintain our product security, reliability, and scalability. In this regard, I worked with onsite and offshore data scientists, architects, BI analysts, product owners, and engineers to design, mature, and implement product vision, scope and strategies. Boeing acquired several subsidiaries and needed to integrate their websites into our e-commerce platform. I worked with another data scientist to develop executive-level dashboards, recommending cost-efficient process development. I’m also developing dynamic pricing and product recommendation engines for global services by analyzing the root cause of customer churn, segmenting customer preferences, and revamping the website with best-fit product and easy navigation options. I also helped determine campaign performance for the marketing department by leading customer engagement analytics and building dashboards. As a result of my efforts, I was able to predict a 60% reduction in customer churn, redirect traffic to the website, and boost sales. I did not limit myself to improving my department’s operations but also provided data-based insights for multiple other projects. For instance, I streamlined information management during all-hands meetings by performing NLP analysis to determine team sentiments for the senior leadership. I also provided training to new data scientists and BI analysts and set up GitLabs for documenting project lifecycles.Lastly, I drove continuous process automation.
