I work in business transformation and integration within Wealth Management and Private Banking, with close to five years of experience delivering complex, regulated change, plus 3 years of operations focused project management I currently support the India Wealth business and have worked across the Credit Suisse to UBS integration, the UBS India Wealth transition to 360 ONE Wealth, and the ongoing wind-down of Credit Suisse India Wealth. My work focuses on front-to-back transformation, covering operating model changes, rebranding and client readiness, workforce transformation, and governance through Integration Management Office structures.I partner closely with business, compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams to execute change in a controlled and client-safe manner. A key part of my role is enabling leadership decision-making through clear governance, delivery tracking, and workforce insights.Earlier in my career, I led teams in an e-retail environment, delivering operational improvements at scale. This experience shaped my execution-first mindset and people-focused approach to transformation.
