About Siddhika Gupta
Siddhika Gupta was born and raised in New Jersey and lived abroad in the Middle East for two years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with a concentration in biomolecular engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After graduating, she worked in quality assurance for pharmaceutical manufacturing at Eli Lilly, where she also served as co-chair of the Lilly India Network.As a champion of creative innovation who is passionate about connecting people with products that improve quality of life, Siddhika became interested in transitioning into marketing. She went on to pursue her MBA at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, focusing on marketing and brand management. Today, she is an Associate Brand Manager on the Kotex team at Kimberly-Clark, where she combines her technical background, strategic mindset, and commitment to health and wellness–adjacent products to drive meaningful impact.
