About REAP:REAP (Reach Education Action Programme) is a non-profit organization focused on bringing education to underprivileged children in urban and rural Maharashtra, with an emphasis on innovation and equity.Role Overview:As the STEM R&D and Innovation Coordinator, I drive research, development, and the implementation of innovative educational solutions to enhance STEM learning for underserved communities.Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on emerging STEM education trends and best practices to inform project design and continuous improvement- Develop and pilot STEM curriculums and teaching modules adapted to diverse learning needs- Design creative, context-relevant teaching aids and learning tools for classroom enrichment- Support monitoring and evaluation (M&E): Collect, analyze, and report data on educational program outcomes- Produce high-quality written content: lesson plans, instructional guides, blogs, and educational articles- Utilize compelling storytelling and communication strategies to engage stakeholders and highlight project impact- Contribute to REAP’s social media and content strategy for greater outreach and project visibility- Adhere to safeguarding, ethical guidelines, and professional standards in all aspects of project delivery.
