My core expertise is in cross-border M&A and foreign investment. I have advised Fortune 500 companies, private equity and venture capital funds, and multinational corporations on the India leg of complex global transactions. My experience spans the entire deal cycle: due diligence, entity structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents (SPAs, BTAs, shareholders’ agreements), securing regulatory approvals under FEMA and FDI rules, coordinating with global counsel, and managing post-closing implementation.
