About Siddhi Karadkhedkar

I am currently working as a senior design engineer at Western Digital (Sandisk India Device Desgin Centre). The role involves working on the hardware design of test platforms (PCB level design). There is an avid applications of different communication protocols that are currently used in the industry.I have completed my masters in VLSI (Microelectronics) from BITS Pilani, Goa campus. The course gave an insight on both the digital and analog circuit design aspects. The work mostly involved working on Verilog and the platform used was cadence virtuoso. The major project under taken by was focused in the field of nanotechnology. It was fabrication and analysis of electrical characteristics of ferromagnetic nano rods. I have also worked in the field of image/signal processing during my graduation as well as under graduation. Image processing project undertaken was “Detection of Micro-cracks in solar cell using EL imaging technique”. I have also worked in the field of neural network (majorly CNN) and successfully demonstrated the project “Detection of CAPTCHA using CNN”. In free time as my passion/hobby I love writing. I maintain a food cum literary blog.
