About Siddhi Goyal

I am a psychotherapist and a clinical hypnotherapist with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Trained in both India and the UK, I’ve worked in diverse settings—including education, community mental health spaces, and private practice—and as part of multidisciplinary teams alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals. This has given me a broad, inclusive lens through which I approach my work.I offer individual therapy for adults, both online worldwide and in-person in Surat, Gujarat, where I also provide clinical hypnotherapy. My work includes focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity, relationships, and many more. I believe that your distress doesn\'t need a label to be real or worth exploring. At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy is about creating a space for self-understanding and growth, where you begin to make sense of your inner world.
