Tata Cleantech Capital Ltd got merged into Tata Capital Limited. It did not result in any change in my role. 1) Responsible for detailed credit appraisal of C&I renewable power projects such as solar, wind, wind solar hybrid projects, preparing financial models, capturing the essence of the project and the transactions in comprehensive credit notes and presenting in the TCL Credit Committee. 2) All compliance and reporting related work for Green Climate Fund (GCF) line. 3) Assisting the business, legal and other teams throughout the loan sanction and disbursement process including issuance of sanction letter, finalisation of financing documents and approval on pre disbursement conditions.
