Overall 4.5+ year of experience in engineering change management & BOM management/sustaining changes.Hands on Experience on Agile PLM and BAAN(ERP) for Product Data Management. • Use Oracle Agile (PLM) system for Engineering Change Management (ECR, ECO, MCO, RFA). • Strong analytical, problem solving & programming skills, cohesive team worker with exceptional planning & execution skills. • Creation, Review, Routing, Tracking, Releasing to Baan ERP for change implementation. • Creating setup like Part/Product Number, BOM Structure etc. in AGILE & BAAN for new products. • BOM Management (NPI BOM, Sustaining Changes). • Creating BOM,AVL and AML in agile & Baan system. • Uploading NPI, Importing BOM, and Defining Workflow for ECO, MCO and other changes. • Work as a Change Analysts during NPI for new changes and preparing SOP for the same. • Efficiently managing ECOs for manufacturing sites across the globe. • Study the ECOs / Drawings closely and coordinate with the Product Engineering team. • Work closely with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates/modifications and o Preparing FMEA, Control Plan and SOP for the standard process. • Respond to Business Partner (Requestor) and customer on queries relating to Engineering Change. • Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports. • Test and evaluate data analysis and vendors document and communicate to sales, manufacturing, customers. • Involved also in EWI (Electronic Work Instruction) activity. • Involved in BOM Management activities like, BOM Comparison, Item No. creation, BOM structuring etc. • Preparation of work instruction document for the product with their standers.
