About Siddhesh Raikar

Presently, working with Amazon as a Program Manager in the Corporate division post graduating from the Indian School of Business with the Chairperson\'s All-Rounder Award in May 2022. My current role at Amazon entails identifying reasons for Customer Returns and developing mechanisms or solutions to reduce the same.As an empathetic Product Manager in the past, I have led a cross-functional team of 12+ members focusing on their long-term career growth. Here, adhering to the rigors of new product development, a Patented Product in water sustainability was delivered, which has enabled the reduction of water pollution by at least 20.4 million liters for customers, while saving them approximately 28.3 million rupees, as of September 2023. This role enabled my growth in design, strategy, and technical sales also helping me develop robust skills in product development (concept to customer), costing, B2B sales, project management, and business strategy development. I have a vital product innovation, process improvement and project management background supplemented by a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Six Sigma Green Belt along with relevant projects.On the personal front, I enjoy good food, reading and traveling in my leisure time in addition to studying behavioral psychology, yoga, and productivity enhancement.
