Undertaken the billing process of around 35 Cr+ of Infrastructure as well as RCC Project. Developed a streamlined process to catch the micro to macro costs which are incurred in every project which are ranging from civil team daily expenses to annual project expenses and applied budgeting to each element of the project and maintained detailed progress/cost reports.
