   Solely responsible for all estimates for Texas region ranging from thousands to million dollars proposals. • Determine the various production rates for each job utilizing experience, existing standard rates, and analyzing data from RS means. • Create conceptual estimates with limited drawings & information for clients to provide effective budgets for CAPEX projects. • Negotiate & obtain quotes from different vendors for various materials & services during pre-construction / bidding to ensure most competitive bids & higher hit ratio. • Review & manage change orders and documentation. • Provide cost break-down, cost analysis, cost forecasting. • Review contracts to ensure that the scope of work matches bid proposal to restrict and protect company’s liability. • Process RFPs, bid invitations, client requests, analyzed blue prints, and specifications. • Estimate wide variety of commercial & residential projects including MOBs, hotels, office, hospitals, retail centers, luxury apartments etc. ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Prepared singlehandedly estimates worth 20 million dollars in year 2022 resulting in 8 million dollars in contracts. • Created ready reckoner estimation sheets for fewer than 25k dollars projects enabling service managers to quickly share the pricing to the clients without estimation department’s involvement resulting in better TAT. • Provided insights on various estimating software available in the market and tested PROCORE Software extensively for evaluating the technical & commercial feasibility for its usage in our company for the leadership team’s ERP decision. • Currently evaluating the possibility of seamless data integration between Sage Estimating and Procore project management as part of the ERP program. • Participated & led estimation peer review process for million dollar projects to establish value engineering, profitability, risk analysis with estimators from other branch offices. • Consistently met tight deadlines within normal business hours.
