   I am one of 5 core or senior partners at one of India\'s leading mid-tier corporate / commercial law Firms. My partners and I, in close collaboration with each other, work on devising and implementing strategic growth initiatives as well as handling and leading on several important mandates and clients. I work dedicatedly on leading and building the Firm\'s team out in the Bangalore office, where I am based. Our work in Bangalore in particular, encompasses mandates over a broad range of areas involving early to mid-stage entities, focusing especially on investment transactions into such entities from angel or seed stages upwards to Series A or B deals. We are seen and recognised for being a founder- or promoter- friendly Firm and across the three offices of the Firm - in Mumbai, Gurugram, and Bangalore - we handle a wide variety of M&A and investment transactions along the wide spectrum of deals from early stage to exits, and everything in between.
