ABOUT SIDDHARTH PANDEY
Data Scientist based in London working on forecasting and visualising weather and renewable energy (applying Computer Vision and Time Series Analysis), climate change risks and IPCC emission scenarios using proprietary as well as open source data (satellite images, remote sensing sensors data, ERA5 data etc.) with varying spatial and temporal resolutions. My work involves the use of but not limited to Python Data Stack, Microsoft Azure and GCP cloud tools with devops, Plotly-Dash, Deep learning with Tensorflow, Linux Virtual Machines, docker and Github. I have also worked with AWS, Elasticsearch, LSTMs and astropy in the past. My research interests lie in the application of Machine Learning for Time Series Analysis, climate change, renewable energy, finance and astronomy.
