Manage P&L for large client account deals and lead delivery of Workday and HR Reporting & Analysis as a Service across key client accounts. Core Role and Responsibilities: Lead a team of highly skilled professionals who play a crucial role in delivering Workday reports. We constantly explore new areas of Workday visualization to provide valuable insights and decision support to our partners. My responsibilities also involve collaborating with Client Partners to establish and refine service delivery processes in HR Reporting & Analysis, ensuring seamless delivery of analytical reports to our Global Partners. As the Global Process Owner, I take charge of providing oversight in managing the development and migration of new reports in Workday, ensuring a smooth transition from Legacy Systems through the effective utilization of Advanced & Matrix Reports. I am also responsible for the teams driving customized analysis using various HR Systems such as Workday, Oracle, Cornerstone, and others. These analyses are further enhanced with visualizations using Power BI and/or Advanced Excel. My role also entails spearheading the brainstorming, conceptualizing of standardized real-time HR dashboards both within and outside of Workday. These dashboards present key metrics and valuable insights to HR and Business leaders in a visually appealing manner, facilitating better decision-making. Additionally, I oversee the end-to-end delivery of both report requests for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet the diverse needs of our partners.
