Lead designer and process engineer for Spaceport fluid systems (FGSE) for Orbex’s Prime rocket- Designed a complete spaceport Fluid network including LOX, Cryogenic Propane, and 600-bar Cryogenic Helium for servicing Prime LV, including concept design, P & ID creation, and detailed design aligned with ISO and ECSS standards- Designed and assembled cryogenic and high-pressure test benches for COPV testing (up to bar He). Carried out several COPV tests in ambient and Cryogenic environment- Designed, integrated and commissioned a LOX-Propane rocket engine test bench capable of testing 40kN engines- Engaged with stakeholders across propulsion, operations, and test teams to define and verify system requirements, trade-offs and technical reviews for spaceport fluid networks- Authored system architecture diagrams, P & IDs, ICDs, and V&V matrices, ensuring traceability through the system lifecycle- Carried out detailed HAZOP, COMAH and PSSR studies for safety and certification of test benches.
