I’m a creative architect, chaos wrangler, and occasional therapist, running toward everything people avoid: deadlines, logistics, and emotionally charged humans. And somehow, I still love it.”My journey into events and experiential marketing wasn’t part of a master plan, it was built on curiosity, accidental brilliance, and a growing discomfort with doing things the conventional way.Academically, I was unremarkable, unless you count getting creative in viva exams. But once I found my rhythm in commerce and marketing, the dots started connecting.I began my career in 1996 as a marketing intern and became marketing head by But clearly, cubicles weren’t my calling. That year, I launched Stage 3, my first event company. By 2002, Aura Events was born - with a simple mission: create experiences people remember for the right reasons (not just the delayed valet).Since then, we’ve delivered 5,200+ events, won 116 awards, and built Aura into one of India’s most trusted event agencies. In 2018, I launched Wedding Wows - to bring structure, sensitivity, and (only necessary) drama to weddings and personal celebrations.Today, I work at the intersection of:Entrepreneurship – Scaling vision-led businesses with frugal creativity and strong operating frameworks. I advise founders, vertical heads, and solopreneurs navigating growth, pivots, or reinvention, well beyond the events space.Mentorship – Supporting emerging leaders, family businesses, and creatives in building culture, making clear decisions, and thinking long-term - with clarity, candour, and zero jargon.Speaking & Moderation – I’ve been invited to speak on stages offering lived insight, sharp perspective, and just enough humour to keep things honest.
