ABOUT SIDDHARTH DHEKANE

I am a BSc Industrial Economics student at the University of Nottingham, with a keen interest in applying economic theories and models to real-world problems and solutions. I have a diverse and varied work experience, ranging from guest services assistant at Holiday Inn Express, to CEO and founder of my own online business, to operations intern at Siddhartha Software Solutions. I have developed core competencies in problem-solving, web development, brand development, and customer service, as well as multitasking, time management, and communication skills.In my most recent role as a guest services assistant, I collaborated with a dynamic and high-pressure team to manage account reconciliation, customer feedback, and satisfaction. I contributed to a 12% increase in guest satisfaction through proactive feedback enhancement and effective team collaboration. As a CEO and founder of my own online business, I provided strategic leadership and guidance to a dedicated product research and marketing team, and optimized profit margins and customer satisfaction, achieving approximately (EBIT). As an operations intern at Siddhartha Software Solutions, I actively identified and suggested improvements in cost optimization, communication, and marketing strategies, and helped reduce software development costs by approximately 50% and boost online visibility by 15%. I am motivated by learning new skills, exploring new opportunities, and creating value for myself and others.
