Over the past decade, Sid has gathered a unique set of professional experiences across North America, Europe, and Asia working for top-tier consulting (PwC), multi-national confectionery (Mondelez International), and a government research organization (Automotive Research Association of India, ARAI). At PwC, he advised clients on strategic opportunities including post-merger integration and business and technology transformation. At Mondelez, he led supply chain strategy and manufacturing readiness for new product launches for the Indian marketplace and at ARAI, he developed safety testing systems for new vehicles. Across these organizations, Sid has flourished as a leader who embraces diversity, learning, and innovation. His accelerated growth trajectory is marked by his ability to transform ideas and concepts into large, multidimensional global programs, a strong business judgment that accelerates decision making, a consistent track record of delivery and bold leadership of multidisciplinary teams. At Amazon, Sid serves as the Director for Network Strategy & Supply Chain Innovation organization building complementary supply chain solutions to unlock incremental capacity at low CAPEX, enhance speed to market, and drive down fulfillment costs. These strategic programs are designed for simplicity, predictability, and economic efficiency into Amazon’s Supply Chain and support its needs for cost- effective, scalable e-commerce solutions – storage, distribution, and customer fulfillment. He has a deep-rooted passion for people leadership, mentorship, and instituting an entrepreneurial culture in his organization.
