Mr. Siddhartha Patnaik is a business lawyer having two decades of experience and corporate counsel with over two decades of experience helping organizations navigate complex legal, regulatory, and commercial challenges across energy, infrastructure, telecom, EPC, manufacturing, and real estate.His journey has taken him from courtrooms to boardrooms—arguing high-stake cases before the Supreme Court, High Courts and various Appellate Tribunals, to steering multi-million-dollar arbitrations, acquisitions, and regulatory matters as lawyer and in-house counsel.
