I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for pursuing a challenging career and contributing meaningfully to the progress of the organization. With my educational background in MA Education, Economics, and English Lit, as well as my B.Ed. degree, I possess the knowledge and expertise necessary to excel in a variety of fields.Throughout my academic journey, I have completed several training programs that have helped me hone my skills and develop new ones. I qualified for the CTET (6 to 8 - Social Science), completed the CCE Training Programme by S.Chand & Group of Companies, and participated in CBSE Training Programmes by Prof. B. L. Handoo. I have also completed the CBSE Assessment Scheme – Decoding Board/Periodic Test Papers and Multiple Assessment Techniques. As a result of my hard work, I received an Appreciation Letter from HRD Ministry, Government of India, for achieving the best results in the Secondary School Examination.My professional experience started in 2011 at Swami Narayan Gurukul International School in Raipur, where I worked as a TGT (English & Social Science) until April 2014. I then moved on to Academic World School in Bemetara, where I worked as the Examination Controller, HOD Commerce + Humanities & PGT Economics from June 2014 to July 2022. Later I worked as Academic Coordinator, HOD Commerce & PGT Economics at Bal Bharati Public School in NTPC Gadarwara (M.P.) from August 2022 to May 2023. Currently I am working as the Coordinator cum Senior Economics faculty at SVKM from June 2023.My experience has also involved working as a CBSE Observer for AISSE/AISSCE, as well as serving as the Head/Assistant Examiner for the Subject Economics AISSCE and the Subject Social Science AISSE. I have also worked as an External Examiner for the Subject Economics AISSC Practical Examination.I believe that the key to success lies in having excellent communication skills, a good command of subjects and languages, patience, and self-confidence. Throughout my professional experience, I have demonstrated these qualities time and time again, and I am confident that I can continue to do so in the future.With my educational qualifications, professional experience, key success factors, and technical skills, I am confident that I can excel in any field that I choose to pursue.
