Coordinating trainings in related areas.• Organizing HR Audits, Employee satisfaction Surveys. Establishing processes/systems for streamlining employee communication, employee retention, counseling, performance improvement and discipline.• Conducting awareness campaigns and training programs to facilitate acceptance of change.
