24+years of my elaborate career in managing operations have not only amplified my chronology but has given me an opportunity to prove my expertise and skills in burgeoning profits. My role has been that of managing large scale contact centre operations and managing change across geographies. A sportsperson from heart, I believe in working hard and never saying ‘never’ to any new challenges. I began my professional journey in the late 90’s and have been involved in handling different businesses while focusing on managing costs and getting profits. My passion to excel beyond my comfort level has been my fuel to overcome any challenge that comes my way.
