Execute HR transactions in accordance with local & Bank regulations. To be updated with global HR trends and practices and regularly network with internal and external HR professionals to drive continuous improvement of AskHR and enhance the employee experience. To endow with root cause analysis of an issue & redress. Also frame a permanent fix to mitigate reoccurrences. To stay vigilant, proactive, risk aware and operate within the Bank\'s risk management and compliance framework.
