My role in the CEO office as an Operating Partner is to deliver high impact cross-functional projects across the organisation. My domains of project span across strategy, operations, risk and compliance, entity operations and licensing. Select projects/work pieces include- Led the project management to delive the roadmap required for Revolut\'s UK entity to receive a banking license. Further supported the operationalization of the restricted license across Product, Finance, and Financial Crime domains to meet specific regulatory conditions set out by the regulators- Served as interim Head of Department, Global Entity Operations department, managing several key portfolios at Revolu,t including Intra-group Service Delivery Management, new initiatives management, third party spends and risk, first line risk and compliance functions- Interim Head of Function for Controls department overseeing the recruitment, engagement and attrition for Controls function - Setup the end-to-end process to set up and terminate new legal entities at Revolut ensuring robust process to expand into new geographies. 50+legal entities have been setup through the process. Further, expanded the process to ensure existing legal entities scale their risk and control environments in line with the size of business metrics thus ensuring local entities remain within Group\'s risk appeitite- Worked as a Product Owner team managing key Governance tools (Service Delivery, Vendors, IBS) at Revolut - Team lead for the Global Entity Operations team, managing the day-to-day operations of 18 hiring entities across EU, Asia and LATAM - Director/Branch Manager at 3 Revolut subsidiaries/branches in India, Poland, Spain, and France which account for c. 70% of all employees at Revolut- Act as a delegate to HoD, Global Entity Operations at Enterprise Risk Committee
