Our main focus is our client and we believe that it is our duty to dedicate ourselves to providing the best possible services at all times and strive to be the most sought after Outsourcing firm on the Globe in the near future.Responsibilities-• Short listing the resumes from Job portals and other sources.• Lining up the potential candidates for IT, Healthcare, B2B Lead Gen and from Voice executive to Senior Manager Level. • Interviewing the candidates and coordinating with operations and training team for other rounds of interview.• Preparing offers letters and offering the same to the selected candidate.• Managed Lateral Positions along with Bulk Hiring.• Conducting IJP’s and coordinating for the same.• Initiating and Managing empanelment process for new recruitment vendors.• Liaise with all Recruitment partners, vendors/ consultants for contractual matters and FT hiring.• Vendor Performance evaluation, vendor contract renewals for existing recruitment vendors.• Making sure to fulfill all open positions by monitoring adequate and quality coverage within TAT from vendor partners• Day to day activities like daily conference calls, cilent coordination during interview, vendor meetings and vendor evaluation reports.
