Lead shift operations in dnata’s Premium Kitchen, supervising meal production and coordinating a team of 250+ staff to meet strict airline schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).Manage workforce attendance, absence tracking, and formal communications regarding short- and long-term absences in collaboration with HR Business Partners.Support employee relations and compliance by coordinating welfare, disciplinary, probation, and flexible working meetings.Oversee recruitment logistics and onboarding processes, liaising with internal departments such as security, uniform services, and catering.Maintain accurate training records to ensure compliance with food safety, aviation security, and health & safety standards.Provide administrative support for HR functions, including record keeping and participation in audits and compliance checks.Foster a collaborative, safety-conscious work environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
