Characterized phenotype of impaired movement in Ataxia patients by computing submovement based digital biomarkers, that strongly correlate to disease severity, from in-clinic collected accelerometry data of neurological tasks; similar work on a large Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis dataset recently published (Gupta, Patel et. al, Nature Communications 14, 5083, 2023).• Built Neurobooth Explorer - a rich, full featured Plotly dashboard tightly integrated with Postgres - to explore Neurobooth data; features custom visualizations of neurological tasks, interactive viewing of patient metadata, and ability for doctors to add clinical notes and submit to database.• Developed a fully automated reporting framework that generates PDF reports of new patient data collected in the Neurobooth.• Engineered a fully automated and scalable data backup pipeline that tracks file movement in Postgres database and has backed-up more than 400TB of Neurobooth data distributed across multiple storage servers.
