I hold an MBA in Finance and am a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India and an NSE Certified Market Professional - Level II. Additionally, I have completed a PGDCA and APA from NIIT. I bring over 17 years of experience in the Insurance and Financial Services industry.I began my career as a Management Trainee at Indiabulls Securities Ltd, where I was primarily involved in Relationship Management, acquiring HNI clients, and managing their portfolios.Subsequently, I joined Reliance Life Insurance in the Agency Channel, where I played a key role in building a productive retail distribution team and driving top-line growth.In July 2008, I moved to HDFC Life as a Trainer. Initially on TPT rolls for nine months, I was absorbed into the organization as a Training Manager in March 2009 and later promoted to Deputy Manager then Manager – L&D. My primary focus has been the capability development of employees, Financial Consultants/SPs, and mapped Channel Partners through structured intervention programs. I introduced innovative and interactive training methodologies that increased participant engagement and supported field implementation, leading to enhanced productivity. I was honored with the prestigious Shikhar Award—the highest award in the company—by the MD and Head HR, for the exceptional quality of training and record productivity achieved by participants after attending the Induction Program I conducted in July 2010 at the Delhi Learning Centre.After a successful 10-year tenure in training, I made a functional shift to Territory Manager in September 2018. In this role, I managed the IDFC First Bank relationship across Madhya Pradesh, overseeing around 60 bank branches. As an L2 leader, I was responsible for a team of 30 employees, handling topline delivery, escalation management, relationship building, and sales process management for the MP Region.I have continued my professional development by completing Licentiate, Associate, and Fellowship certifications.Specialties: Training, Coaching, Relationship Management, Team Building.
