Leading the delivery of end-to-end SAP focused projects for PwC in line with technical and business requirements- Creating project delivery plans including schedules, forecasts, scope definition and budget controls, and managing functional and technical resources to achieve core aims and objectives- Ensuring all tactical delivery issues are dealt with swiftly and taking accountability for handling and mitigating risks, dependencies and issues across all project lifecycle / delivery phases- Driving the development of a culture of improvement and motivating business / technical teams across workstreams- Developing and aligning relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels to achieve commercial and technical aims- Holding meetings to prioritise activities, resolve issues and ensure project management in line with defined frameworks- Providing regular updates to internal and client stakeholders on workstream statuses and the achievement of milestones.
