ABOUT SIDDHARTH D KOTHARI

WHO AM I - I am a lawyer and a managing partner at Kothari Legal Services. We are one of the oldest firms that is run by generations of family. We provide services to clients across the globe in pressing legal matters. Our expertise and specialisations extend in field of Corporate, Banking, Litigation and Real Estate Law. Personally,I focus in startup law, arbitrations, banking, NCLT matters as well as Real Estate. WHAT I DO- I am empanelled as an advocate with the NHAI and represent the Govt of India. I also directly work with the Govt of Maharashtra as an empanelled lawyer for the Maha Metro Rail Corporation (MMRDA).Some of the financial institutions I support and provide services to are - Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India, Canara Bank, Axis Bank, The Bajaj Group, India Bulls, Aditya Birla Finance, Can Fin, etc. I have also facilitated and represented MNCs such as Dell, Hewlett-Packard, AllStates Solutions, Hitachi, Kone Cranes, BNY Mellon etc. for legal services and advocacy. Our firm also actively collaborates and provides legal solutions to various financial fund establishments. WHAT I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT - I am also a social worker focused on promoting self employment and entrepreneurship. I have my own NGO - SABKASEVAK where I focus on bringing the best out of individuals that have little to no guidance and are unfortunate, but are talented and passionate. By providing mentorship, skills coaching and training using my network and resources I do my best to provide employment opportunities to individuals that have the zeal to grow but are not given the chance to do so.
