I am Siddharth Bhayani. I have completed Mechanical Engineering at BVM Engineering College. I am passionate and Enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer with a keen interest in computer-aided design. • I have started my learning and working on CAD software since 2018. I work on many software like Solidworks, Creo, Nx 10 and Ansys. In year 2020 I have passed CSWA, CSWP, CSWPA-SM, CSWPA-SU, CSWPA-DT Exam which is taken by Dassault Systems. • Also I completed one month internship at Susha Founders and Engineers which make a Machine used in Foundry processes. I have successfully completed project on Ansys Analysis of Free cooling ( Natural Cooling ) of House. Also I have completed industrial project on Design of Energy Efficient Agitator For Blending at JM Zhongkai Chemical Equipment LLP. They manufacture chemical Equipment such as high quality glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) Vessel, storage tank, and scrubber, Agitator and other industrial products. • Currently I am Working as a Static Equipment Proposal Engineer with Heat Transfer Equipment Business (HTE-BU) of L&T Heavy Engineering Limited. • Responsible for design activities starting from enquiry stage like a specifications reading, Preparation of Equipment Design, BOM, Procurement Drawing, ARM, Communicating Technical Query with client etc. • Familiar with specifications of various PMCs, EPCs and process licensors - EIL, Chevron, UOP, Shell DEP, Saipem, Toyo, KBR etc. • Worked with major construction codes which includes ASME Code, TEMA, API etc and major client specifications. • Experienced in equipment like Steam Drurm, Screw Plug Heat Exchanger, Waste Heat Boilers, Carbamate Condenser and Different Tema type of Heat Transfer Equipment.
