I am a Law Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary by qualifications, having worked in blend of projects for corporates as well as firms where i\'ve been associated with. Began journey by assisting a standalone Advocate, interned with renowned corporate house in its internal legal, litigation and compliance team and with a boutique law firm. Associated with an independent Insolvency Professional to have handful knowledge and experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy and now working with one of the Big\'4, in its restructuring vertical in Financial Advisory function. During my experience I have assisted in making legal representations to various authorities like SFIO and EOW and Compliances related to SEBI, RBI etc. And just trying to have a hand on Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, legal and litigation aspects during the resolution process. With this little experience I have learnt that loyalty towards work, constant belief and persistence are keys for accomplishing anything.
