The BSP (Business Services Platform) is the value-creation arm of Blue Owl’s GP Stakes fund. We provide advice and insights to the 60+ hedge funds and PE managers that we invest in. I worked alongside, and used data from 60+ GPs to develop new LLM-based workflows for GPs. • Integrated cached search data augmentation into LLM portfolio company spend classification framework, leading to a 22% tagging increase and a 29% tagging accuracy increase. Migrated prediction framework to LangChain and adapted classification logic to received data. • Created new cross-dataset name-only matching techniques, driving matched company names from 20 to 35% between datasets.• Developed new workflows and visualizations from aggregated contracting spend database to identify vendor churn. • Compared product coverage of software contracting datasets and to determine which to purchase.• Produced weekly reports on the private equity real estate market to keep track of deal activity and fundraises.
