Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of Outlay Recovery, Uninsured Loss, Credit Hire, Breach of Contract, and Unjust Enrichment claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents- Advise clients and witnesses on appropriate legal strategies and keep them informed throughout the litigation process- Handle files efficiently in accordance with internal processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)- Represent clients in mediation appointments at County Courts, engaging with opposing parties and court mediators to achieve effective dispute resolution- Undertake hearing stage work as a Litigation Case Handler, ensuring comprehensive case preparation and procedural compliance- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly performance targets and uphold service excellence- Apply strong technical knowledge of case management systems and internal compliance frameworks- Prioritise tasks, exercise sound judgment, and take a proactive approach to resolving complex legal and procedural issues- Contribute to team meetings and continuous process improvements, adapting effectively to changing business requirements.
