I\'m passionate about project management and I have top-notch process expertise, customer service skills, stakeholder collaboration, and relationship-building strengths. I started my journey in the scholarly communication industry as an intern. Within 2 years, I became a process trainer, onboarded 45 interns along with 35 editors and became the go-to expert for semi-automated java script systems while also running webinars for the team-I went on to manage projects spanning service launches, pricing changes, expert profile selection, customer testimonial shortlisting for website display, running surveys, data/trend analysis, competitor analysis, documentation, and more-This tremendous experience allowed me to become a recognized expert in problem-solving and a communicative collaborator. My various roles have strengthened my capabilities as regards customer service and observation, including keen attention to detail and accuracy. I have consistently managed my schedule effectively whilst avoiding any stress that may hamper my productivity-Additionally, being an ex-process trainer, I have in-depth understanding of training and mentoring techniques and producing innovative ideas.I also worked on Branding Operations. I used my knowledge of project management to take projects from 0 to 1 and enhance brand perception, positioning, and recall. In FY23, I helped 230+ young researchers by managing Editage Grant Additionally, I increased the Editage brand outreach by curating \"QnA with Editage\" in 4 languages: views, 132,507 impressions, and 271.3 hours of watch time just on YouTube alone.At Stirrup, I worked on 1) Client Relations, 2) Project Management | Operations, Processes, and Systems, 3) Training and Onboarding, and 4) Social Media.
