About Siddhant Shinde
I am a psychology major studying the learning, working, and development of people in systems, whether it be in classes or organizations.I started my journey with Teach For India and The Akanksha Foundation where empathy and structure change the way people operate. I have since held positions of a mix of psychology, education and leadership, mentoring students, managing teams, organizing large scale events and serving government and nonprofit programs.I have headed campaigns with Community of Wisdom, created creative campaigns with Punekar Maza News and inclusion by helping children with autism spectrum learn. In every area, I remain focused on the same thing to create environments where individuals feel noticed, nurtured, and able to do so much more.I am currently furthering my career path to become an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and Human Resource Developmentalist, and hope to apply both compassion and analytics to create workplaces where mental health, learning and belonging are cherished.
