I work at the intersection of Product Management, Quality Assurance, and UX Design. My goal is simple: ship software that’s easy to use and hard to break. I put the customer at the center, use data to guide decisions, and keep teams moving with clear communication. I’ve always strived to be the best possible customer advocate because at the end of the day, users judge quality by their experience.
