As a self-taught Product/UX Designer, I have a passion for crafting clean and intuitive digital experiences that make users say \'Wow, this is so easy to use!\'. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Government College of Engineering Aurangabad, where I learned the fundamentals of software development and design thinking. Currently, I am leading and driving the end-to-end redesign of Medikabazaar Marketplace, a leading online platform for medical supplies and equipment in India. I am redefining the procurement experience for more than medical professionals, small clinics, labs, and hospitals, by applying user-centric methodologies and data-driven design decisions. I have significantly improved product discovery, search experience, and checkout flows, directly driving customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics. I have also led multiple design initiatives such as focus groups, usability testing, and user research, to represent the user\'s voice and needs.
