As a Manager of Business Development at Randstad, my day is filled with problem-solving, solution development, prospecting for new opportunities, and engaging with C-level stakeholders to provide tailored solutions that meet their current needs. Additionally, I support my team by sharing relevant industry insights and assisting them in converting prospects, which is an integral part of my daily responsibilities.
