ABOUT SIDDHANT GUPTA
I am a law student currently in the penultimate year of my legal education having keen interest in civil matters specially pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights. I have worked across various Courts from NCLT and DRT to Bombay High Court to gain an in depth understanding of the Judicial System in India. I have been actively involved in the drafting of Briefing Notes, Applications, Appeals, Writ Petitions, Replies, Written Statements and Written Arguments for Counsels and the relevant Courts during the course of my Internships. I am an aspiring lawyer looking forward to opportunities as a step up the learning ladder and is in a constant pursuit of knowledge and experience.
