My role at WWF encompasses overseeing entire life-cycle of our Projects through Strategy, optimising Operations, providing strategic oversight and support to the landscape teams for all terrestrial projects across India. Coordination with the HR & Programs, Finance team for third-party and temporary hiring in the landscapes taking up adaptive management steps for project implementation in the face of unforeseen challenges. Also responsible for monitoring unified project planning and management processes for the Wildlife & Habitats division to ensure timely implementation of the projects against the agreed deliverables. On-boarding of partners and consultants, including monitoring of relevant MoUs. Procurements and financial tracking. Field monitoring and reporting to the HOD. Risk Management.
