Contribute to New Product Development by collaborating with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure new designs are production-ready and optimized for manufacturability.Actively use Nomuda Visual Factory MES to monitor shop floor activities, track production performance, and support real-time decision-making.Maintain and coordinate Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring all updates reflect the latest design changes and align with production schedules.Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices such as 5S, visual management, and kaizen.Solve daily manufacturing issues by applying root cause analysis and structured problem-solving techniques to minimize downtime and improve quality.Work with 3D CAD tools to design fixtures, tools, and minor product adjustments that enhance ease of assembly and reduce operator fatigue.Utilize 3D printing for rapid prototyping and tooling validation, accelerating iteration cycles and reducing lead time for testing.Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD & T principles to verify critical dimensions and tolerances during inspections and builds.
